For people feeling stuck, low, or anxious — with support that’s real, flexible, and grounded in action.Feeling stuck doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck.
Steady Steps is here to help you shift gears — gently, realistically, and at your pace. Whether you’re dealing with low mood, anxiety, or just feeling directionless, this program offers something different. It’s a steady, practical way to reconnect with your body, clear your mind, and start feeling like yourself again. No gym. No jargon. Just real support.
Unlike traditional talk therapy or fitness programs, Steady Steps blends movement, mindfulness, and mental health strategies in a way that feels approachable and human. You’ll meet online and outdoors — to build structure, gain clarity, and feel supported in taking action that actually helps.Designed for people, not symptoms.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions are shaped around your goals and capacity — whether that means a one-off check-in or ongoing support over time. You don’t need to be physically “fit” or have everything figured out — just open to trying something new and taking a step forward.NDIS-friendly. GP-friendly. Life-friendly.
Steady Steps is available to both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, or can be joined with your GP’s support. It’s designed for anyone seeking real progress — without pressure. We will help you build structure, motivation, and confidence as you move toward better mental health.

I felt seen and supported.”“I started with no motivation. Now I’m back in a routine and feeling hopeful again.”
